Bolivian Organic - Cenaproc

The Cenaproc is a very nice companion offering to the Canton Rosario. It's a lower-toned Bolivian, deep and a bit earthy, yet balanced with a lemonesque fruitiness that pulls it all together. It has hints of floral and dark cocoa on the finish.

I received this coffee with my Hot Top roaster, and I absolutely love it! I roast it about 15-20 seconds into second crack, and it comes out a beautiful dark brown, with maybe one or two beans that are somewhat oily. When we first got it, I roasted some, and just couldn't wait, and made a cup right away. WOW! is all I can say! Our son and I have come to call this our favorite! It's even better after resting for a day or two! Carol
