As rich, lush and deep as the Brazilian rainforest, the Alvorado literally covers the palate with a dark cocoa quality and a background of nuts, vanilla a touch of spice. This is a very nicely balanced (we like balance in our coffees) well-rounded coffee with a long slightly fruity finish. Imagine the sun finally poking thru the clouds above the rainforest after a rainfall and you have the character of the Alvorada. Enjoy!
