Compare this with other Brazilians
Brazil Ipanema Natural Brazilian coffees have a long history, beginning with great popularity, the overproduction that all but destroyed the country's reputation, and recent success at revitalization. This coffee continues their recent record of great productions. The coffee has a mild flavor with nuttiness and sweetness. It is more mild than other Brazilians, and there has been a huge blitz to revitalize the reputation of this area. The quality backs up the talk. This cup is mild, but very rewarding with a nutty complexity and great finish. The previous review at the Corral is still mostly true with this crop, floral notes and nut notes dominate, but this is a far milder crop with lighter body and less intense. It has a great refined flavor.
