I have roasted this blend dark to use as an expresso. I make primarily cappuccinos and it is excellent. Very prominent chocolate and vanilla fudge notes. Will definitely order again.

Tried this earlier in the year, loved it very much. One of my top 3 favorites. Decided to get more to roast for gifting to friends at Christmas.

best coffee ever. Have requests from friends to roast it for them and sent it.
Glad that the Holiday is still around, tho the new name had us floundering a bit till we figured out it was the same.

i bought this and CBC's espresso blend. i like them both a lot, but i think the Holiday blend is my favorite i have tried so far. Since i am writing this on 1/2/19 and the holidays are over, i am hoping they keep this blend going for as long as they can. it is making the best espresso on my new set up.

I have to say I am not a fan! I was disappointed by this one. Not enough flavor compared to the Carribean & central american coffees I am used to & prefer. But If you like slightly bitter, dark expresso, or ethipian coffee you may like this.
