Panama La Berlina Estate Gesha
Grown in the Horqueta region, in the Boquete District, in the Chiriqui Province. The Panama Geisha is coppery, floral and has the same nose feel as a strong citrus flavor but without the fruity part. It is light abd incredibly strong at the same time, almost like a stong honesucckle coffee dry. The mouth feel of this coffee us unlike anthing I have ever had. It is light, buttery, and rich all at one time. That buttery mouth holds notes that are like brown butter and copper with floral notes and a hint of that bright citrus acidity, like lemon lime. Don’t over roast this coffee, stay at a light to medium roast. Using a Aeropress for this coffee only makes it better.
