I’ve only been roasting my own beans for about a year and this was my first time with this one. I took it to a dark roast and let it sit for a few days before giving it a try. This is a good cup of coffee. It’s chocolatey and nutty with a slight sweetness. I can drink two or three cups of this throughout my morning, I just love it.

Roasted medium to medium dark. 1 batch each. Smooth taste. Plesant taste. Profile is correct. Prepared in Krups EA8250 super automatic espresso machine. Strong, hottest setting. Great Coffee. At the price, phenominal - great job.
