Like it. Three pour overs -21 grams and three hundred cc h2o off the boil.
No obvious defects. Mild acidity, no obvious sweetness. Maybe a little nuttiness but but really no flower scent or fruitiness to speak of for me.
Just a morning cup and like so many other Brazil coffees a welcoming base for espresso if I was still into such things.

Excellent coffee. I did a medium roast and it came out beautiful. A hint of sweetness. I buy again and again!

I'm roasting this on a Hottop 2k+ and Artisan for espresso. I'm using it as the dominant amount in blends and has resulted in some very tasty blends that I can drink day in and out. Maybe because it's new to me, but I think it has a uniqueness that comes thru. Definitely gives a weightier, thicker mouthfeel. I don't taste the fruitiness ( usually drop 3 minutes after first crack) so much as the floral effect on the chocolate. In fact I'm enjoying it with an Ethiopian.

One of the best coffees i have tried. Get it if you like the fruity chocolaty taste.

It is OK for daily drinking, but I am not a fan. But I Purchased a pound to use as part of a blend for a dark roast. It is in my perfect blend for dark roast, used for espresso and etc. 50% Brazilian, 25% Kenyan and 25% Sumatra. Technically, these should be all roasted separately rhen blended, but I roasted them all together. I am a popcorn popper roaster (love it), used 4 ounces of Brazillian, 2 ounces of Kenyan and 2 ounces of Sumatra for a 1/2 pound single roasting and it is incredible!
