Our newest Narino Reserve is here! This is another outstanding coffee from the folks at La Minita that comes from Narino, the southernmost district of Colombia. This is truly a quality coffee.

This coffee is new to La Minita as it is prepared in honor of Don Enrique Vasquez. He was the patriarch of their partners out of Nariño. La Minita found a coffee that encompassed all of the special qualities of Nariño varieties and prepared to their exacting standards.They supervise 100% of the production that leaves a coffee with creamy silkiness, wonderful acidity and a complex cocoa flavors. Truly a special coffee.

This is a truly great coffee. I use the Gene Cafe Drum Roaster at the default temp for 13.6 minutes for a good city roast. Brewed with an AeroPress, 175˚ F water temp. - ( via brewing thermometer & tea kettle). - Most excellent cup!
