This is a new 2018 offering from La Minita's mill in Jardín, Antioquia. This coffee comes from 138 members of the Emberá-chamí tribe living in Jardín who grouped together to form a coffee farming association. They recently installed covered solar dryers at over half their farms to improve the drying process.
