This new El Salvador Microlot comes from Rafael and Carmen Elena Silva. The farm is located 2 miles down the side of the road between the city of Apaneca and the town of Ataco in the Ahuachapan department and has been passed down for generations by Rafael's family. The shade grown coffee on this plantation is hand-picked and processed at the Silvas mill, Beneficio San Pedro. With their own mill, the Silvas are directly overseeing processing and quality control. The coffees are separated by picking date, variety, and lot and are mindfully cupped to enhance the quality. This farm of 12 hectares has a remarkable microclimate, and the soil is rich with nutrients. It makes the job of producing high quality coffee an easy one.

This Microlot is extremely limited.

Cupping Notes: Orange, stone fruit, sweet and syrupy.
