A typically Central American coffee, it's nicely complex with sweet, clean, round body with almond, chocolate, and honey notes. If you like Central Americans but have never tried an El Salvadoran coffee, this is a great place to start.

I wanted to write a review since there is none at the moment. I missed placed my notes so I can’t recall how the bean was on its own. I do recall it being good. However, I can tell you that I recently blended it 50/50 with the Ethiopian Konga Co-op G1 and it was absolutely delicious. Smooth, buttery caramel, a hint of citrus with the berries, floral and chocolate notes of the Ethiopian. A well balanced cup that was complex but not overbearing. Mild/moderate acidity. Both roasts were pulled right before 2nd crack. This seems like it will be a great blending bean.
