I did a medium dark roast just about a minute after second crack. This coffee is delicious! Creamy body, sweet chocolatey notes, nutty. Everything on the description just came to life in one single great cup, and for the price! Oh my goodness!!! You can’t beat it.

This is my first el salvadoran coffee and I’m impressed. This coffee is beyond 5 star. Loved it. The fruity ness is what I like the most, and the chocolatey notes are strong. I would definitely buy this again. Excellent bean. Great aromas and flavors just before second crack. Yummy.

A medium body, sweet with a slight rustic edge and nutty cocoa notes. Citric like acidity. Not bad but lacked complexity. Roasted to the start of the 2nd crack.

Great bean! Similar profile to Onobeano. Is now included in my regular rotation with Don Enrique and Ono. Took it to a rolling second.
