This cup of coffee smells like the best chocolate covered cherries you can buy: the real sun-dried variety with rich milk chocolate.  And that introduction is backed up by flavor in the cup that adds a vanilla bean note with very slight hints of hazelnut.  The cup is smooth and bright with absolutely no bitterness at all.  I wouldn't call it rich, but I would drink it all day long and call my neighbors over for a cup.

These beans do roast faster than most and produce a lot of chaff, but a good city roast + is excellent. This makes a great cup of coffee.

Easy to roast even with just a stainless steel pan. Went a little overboard while roasting and went too dark but the flavors were fantastic still. I bet they'll be even better if I went a little lighter.

A little more chaff than others I've tried, but still makes an agreeable cup of coffee. I'm a newbie at roasting, but I know what I like. These are good beans at a good price point.
