this is one of my favorites that I have not bought for some years. So glad to have it back in my cup. Within 24 hours I get a black walnut flavor that is not too strong and the coffee tastes great during and after that timeline. I love that it is organic, it is natural and of course FTO.

I rather liked it. For me it's a typical Ethiopian coffee. Strong, clean taste with a bitter edge that I like. Unfortunately, my beloved found it too bitter. Oh, well ... all the more for me, but I'll have to brew her something else.

Mouthwateringly complex combination of fruity, nutty, and chocolatey. Balanced and sassy with a bold confidence. Great roasted light, city, or city +. I like two roast two batches one light and one city/city+ and combine. Makes a great cuppa! Will but again.

Super smooth, nice nut and weak chocolate taste on the tongue..and a delicate floral and great coffee finish. Medium roast is delicious!! I drink this at leat 4 days a week.

These beans do roast faster than most and produce a lot of chaff, but a good city roast + is excellent. This makes a great cup of coffee.

Easy to roast even with just a stainless steel pan. Went a little overboard while roasting and went too dark but the flavors were fantastic still. I bet they'll be even better if I went a little lighter.

A little more chaff than others I've tried, but still makes an agreeable cup of coffee. I'm a newbie at roasting, but I know what I like. These are good beans at a good price point.

I wanted a sweeter coffee so I gave this a try. After roasting and brewing something tasted familiar. I realized it’s the exact (?) same coffee Wawa has as their reserve right now. I ended up dumping it out when I bought it. This tastes the same. I’ve given it away and no one seems to like it. Unfortunately. I will always read reviews first.

See my review on the Misty Valley Ethiopian...same goes for this one. These two are so overpoweringly fuity, its nauseating...and neither one has even the slightest hint of that beautiful "winey-ness" of a top shelf Kenya that I was hoping for after reviewing the matrix on these.
