Their customer service is good. I bought a freshroast SR 800 from them. when i unpacked it the only thing i didn't like was the glass on the roasting chamber was not fastened to the metal base. Made it seem not sturdy. After the 2nd roast it toppled over and broke the roasting chamber and damaged the chaff collector. i used JB Weld to fix the chaff collector. i ordered another roasting chamber and received it quickly. the glass was firmly attached to the base on this one and i have had no problems since so was defective from factory.

The customer service at the coffee bean corral is fantastic. My order was damaged during shipment, and promptly replaced hassle free. Can't ask for anything more. I'm obsessed with this coffee roasting. I can't remember the last time I've been to a Starbucks.
