Sol y Café is absolutely delicious! These beans from Peru gave me an unexpected left hook to put it simply. I have been sampling lots of different coffees and this one is surprisingly smooth. Also has brightness, and it's a little bit sweet and has some depth to it. If you're wondering, I made both Medium and Dark roasted versions and they were both amazing, which sometimes isn't always the case. I dug the Medium slightly more, however both incredible. Definitely near the top of the list for me.
