Mocha Sanani is a great pick to roast and blend with the Java Govt. Estate Coffee. My dad and I sampled this coffee after roasting and blending it with the Java (to make the Mocha-Java classical blend) and my dad even compared it to being as great as a Jamaican Blue Mountain. This coffee is highly recommended both as a stand-alone and especially as a blend with Java coffee.

This is one of my favorites. I used a light city roast and was very surprised at the boldness of the flavor. It is exquisite and is one of my best. I found the beans a bit small and irregular with an extra amount of chaff but this is a characteristic of Yemen Mocha. The aroma was as good as the flavor. I highly recommend this coffee! I find a fine grind exposes the flavor, requires less coffee and is favored at my home.
