My wife and I are complete newbies to coffee roasting and thought since most of the coffees we have been purchasing were Columbian, that was our first sampler pack. Very please with them but definitely enjoyed some more than others. Now, what to try next........

So far I'm loving this sample pack of Columbian coffee. It provides a great way to try the different regions of the single origin country of my preference. Who knew there could be a variety of tastes from one place. I'll be ordering more.

I've only roasted half of the kit at this point, but so far it's been amazing coffee. The Gato and Sierra Nevada are our favorites so far. My coffee roaster is happier when roasting a half pound, so I love having the coffees pre-measured and ready to go.
