The Replacement Top Cap with Built-in Screen fits any of the Fresh Roast Baskets that we sell!

The Top Cap and Basket are designed to fit together perfectly, so when purchased separately, the Top Cap and Basket sometimes require the easy DIY fitment adjustment detailed below:

1. Set up the roaster as you normally would with the Basket and Top Cap in place, but do not add coffee.
2. Run the roaster empty for 8 minutes to heat up the Basket and Top Cap.
3. After 8 minutes, with adequate hand protection (oven mitts or heavy work gloves work well), turn off the roaster and remove the Basket and Top Cap.
4. Gently compress the Top Cap and Basket together, applying even pressure until they snap together.
5. Allow to cool, and use as normal.
