Presented by La Minita Coffee, our Boru Batak was considered premium in ancient days of old. The beans are tripled-picked, sun-dried, and wet-hulled in Lintongnihuta. In its birth region of Sumatra, coffee businesses are led by women, and the namesake of this bean, “Boru,” refers to a maternal link in one’s family tree. The Boru Batak is one of our rarer beans––there are only about 200 bags produced annually.
