Chocolatey with a carmelly texture, heavy fruits, and a sweet honeyness.
This organic resembles the floral & fruity Colombians, but with lighter, almost bouncy body & acidity. A bright & clean cup with subtle floral & sweet chocolate undertones.
The cup is complex with underlying notes of chocolate and dark fruits and a hearty earthy finish. It has less acidity than most African coffees. The body of the cup is fairly light, like most African coffees, but the flavor is surprisingly rich, with dark chocolates

I loved it.. but not at first. To be completely honest, the Bolivian Caranavi Bean is an acquired taste in my opinion. It is not your average run-of-the-mill bean, at first the bean almost has a tart bitterness on medium roast, and obviously a little more smoothed out on dark. However the more you taste the coffee the more complex it gets. Earthy, Tangy, a hint of sweet. You're either going to love this Bean or not.

Hints of like toasted caramel. Medium roast is excellent. One of the best beans on this site for sure. Haven't had a chance to roast into a dark yet, but sure this bean will come out just nice.

I enjoy the smoothness and consistent roast of the Bolivian Caranavi beans. Low acidity and a pleasant aftertaste make this my go to coffee every morning. Medium roast brings out all the flavorfor me.
