You practically need a 'caffeine-meter' to tell you this is decaffeinated; this stuff is great! Having almost as much acidity and body as the high-octane Sumatras, it provides a nice, clean cup with all the sweet complexities found in our other Sumatrans. I also blend this 50/50 with other Indonesian coffees for a delightful 'haf-caf'.

Roast this just into the second crack and really enjoy it. The Huehue Royal Select is another of the fine decafs that we're pleased to offer. True to its origin, it has a very nice fruited brightness, balanced with background chocolate notes and a hint of florals. Brew some up, sit back, relax and enjoy!

Roasted just to start of 2C, it's sweet, clean, dark chocolate, sweet distillates, can't tell it's a decaf except for the lack of buzz. At this roast level body is light but I haven't yet tried it as Full City or City roast. Have just brewed it as pourover the day after roast at 175°F, which I favor for a roast to second crack.
