Fragrance/Aroma: nutty, chocolate, toasted marshmallow with slight hints of fruit. Flavor: Baker’s chocolate (bitter chocolate, not sweet), earthy, and brown sugar. Aftertaste: lingering and pleasing Acidity: very low Body: Full or medium body Cupping Notes: Nutty, toasted marshmallow and baker’s chocolate notes that carry over into the cup with brown sugar; low acidity, medium body, a balanced cup. Brewed (drip coffee): well balanced and a bit sweeter as a brew.
