Bali Hai Organic Swiss Water Process Decaf is becoming one of our most popular coffees...and for a reason: it's good!! A delicate blend of Indonesian coffees, decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process. A very mellow, yet full tasting blend; imagine a well-played Baritone Saxophone - now drink it.
There are muted earthy, fruit tones and a strong caramelly overtone that permeats the pallette all the way through to the aftertaste. This is a great, quiet evening, after-dinner drink...even the name conjures up romance, but you'll have to supply your own caffeine.

I'm new at roasting. But, I made this decaf and was blown away by the taste. It is strong and tastes amazing. I am not normally a decaf drinker, but I work the graveyard shift. Every once in awhile, when I get home in the morning, I craved a cup of coffee before I went to sleep. Now, I can have my satisfying cup, feel like I am drinking the real thing, and still be able to get my full 8 hours.

I made the coffee and prepared myself for the usual ho hum decaf taste. I was knocked over!! This stuff tastes as good and the leaded blends. I am hooked.

An excellent coffee even for those who don't usually drink decaf coffees. Have offered it to my "caffeine-only" friends, who are now convinced that a decaf coffee can be just as pleasing. This one has become my favorite.
For those who want to spend a nice evening with a lot of flavor, but don't want the buzz. Has a very smooth aftertaste. For those who try it for the first time, I always get a "oooh".
