Move over PROISH, you've got some competition as king of Chiapas! This new crop organic Chiapas may soon take over. This is a very well-balanced coffee, showing chocolate and florals on the overtones in perfect harmony. Excellent body with a buttery consistency. The chocolate and floral notes carry thru to the nice long finish, joined by a hint of nuts. Another example of an excellent coffee from the Chiapas region.
