Remember, this is a "home roasting" website, NOT FOR COMMERCIAL USE, and nowhere is it more important than in the Roaster category. The roasters we carry are very dependable units, but they will not hold up to commercial use, no matter how small. In fact, most manufacturers will void the warranty if not used strictly for home use.
I know the temptation is great to start a little home-based business because in many cases your friends will beg you to roast for them...and that's the start!! A word of caution, however; please do not attempt roasting over a pound a day in any home roaster. It's not worth the potential/probable frustration - invite your friends to start a little roasting club instead; it's fun !!
