Amazing coffee. I roasted light on a FreshRoast SR540, about 5 1/2 minutes. Very fruity with strawberry the predominant flavor. Highly recommend.

This is a delicious coffee I roasted it medium in an air roaster and it tasted like passion fruit, guava, and also grapes. The acidity is pleasant without being bitter or too much.

Superb flavor, nice aroma, string caffeine, strong coffee without the bitterness. As mentioned in one of the reviews, it is a forgiving type of bean for roasting. Can't mess it up!

I am very new at roasting, but so far this is one of my favorites. Easy to roast and has a really good flavor. Would highly recomend.

This was my first roast of a new coffee (beginner home roaster here). First crack was pretty quick and felt the roast was very even (light to medium). I started cooling about 45s after first crack. Tasted really good after 3 days rest with fruity hints.
