Return Policy

We strive to provide the best customer service possible, but due to the nature of unroasted coffee beans, there are some limitations to returns:

  • If your shipment was damaged or you received incorrect merchandise, please email [email protected] as soon as possible and we will resolve the issue promptly. After 60 days from the receipt of your order, we will not replace or refund for any items. PLEASE check your package for accuracy upon arrival.
  • CBC does not accept returns of coffee beans for any other reason than a mistake on our part during shipping or transit.
  • Damaged merchandise must be reported within two weeks of delivery.
  • All new equipment comes with a manufacturer's warranty. Please contact the manufacturer for warranty support.
  • If your Equipment is damaged during transit, please report the damage, and take pictures for CBC so we can file a claim with the delivery service.
  • If you are unhappy with your purchase of Equipment, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund or replacement if the merchandise has NOT been used. Return must be in original packaging.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Manufacturer's warranty is void outside of the US for products made in the US.
  • ****For the Holiday 2020 Season: Most of the equipment bought between November 1st, 2021- December 31, 2021 will be eligible for a return until January 15, 2022. Contact CBC if you have any questions.
