Our Papua New Guinea coffee beans are grown in the valleys of the Eastern Highland Province of Papua New Guinea. The coffee beans thrive in the volcanic soil, high altitudes and wet seasons. Each coffee blend has a well-balanced flavor profile with spicy undertones and a delicious taste of chocolate. We provide two organic and fair-trade certified Papua New Guinea green coffee beans and two other aromatic, richly balanced blends.
Our Organic Korofeigu Ax is grown in the Bena Bena valley of the Eastern Highlands. It is both organic and fair-trade certified. The green coffee beans provide a well-balanced, medium-sweet roast with spicy, chocolaty and earthy tones mixed throughout.
Our Arokara AA coffee beans are handpicked and grown without the use of chemicals and fertilizers. A lively acidity balances out a creamy body and fruity aroma. Like our other Papua New Guinea beans, spicy, chocolaty, earthy and nutty tones create this delicious and complex blend.
