This coffee is GOOD. I have been buying coffee from the CBC for over 20 years and have tried many different beans. This coffee is delicious. It roasts beautifully. It is one of my all time favorites. For tasting notes read the other reviews. They say it better than I would.

This coffee from the Eastern Highlands of PNG is one of my favorites. I once lived in the area and know many of the farmers. I love roasting this coffee when it is available. I so appreciate CBC keeping it in stock to the extent possible. Enjoy a great cup by taking the beans 15 seconds past the end of first crack--wonderful!! Dan Shaw--Alhambra, CA.

Probably the best one I’ve tried so far. Not too strong, with a clean aftertaste.

Daily Driver. Caramel on the finish, very smooth and I've found a wide variety of coffee drinkers enjoy it. There's a lot you can do with different roast levels and honestly a bean I would suggest everyone try.

This is a fan favorite when I give as a gift for the coffee drinkers who like light- medium. I have ordered it twice now.

Rosted to city+ using iron skillet, was slightly high on heat but not too much of an issue. Coffee came out great, tried it with V60, French press, and espresso. The V60 was by far the best in terms of flavour and body balance. Beautiful medium body like a french press but tasty acidity and clear mouthfeel of a V60. I can clearly taste the citrus and malt/caramel notes.

We actually once lived a few miles from Kainantu and can verify that the people there are not using chemicals on their crops. They use pipia la cokaruk (chicken poop) for fertilizer. This is great coffee and we are grateful we can order it here!
