Sourced from the high-altitude farms of Simbu Province in Papua New Guinea, this smallholder lot comes from family-owned plots nestled between 1,500–1,850 meters. Cultivated in rich volcanic soil and a humid, jungle climate, these beans reflect the unique terroir of the region. Hand-harvested and fully washed, the coffee is meticulously processed with screen 15 and sun-dried before making its way to export via the country's main trade hubs. The result is a clean, vibrant cup that speaks to the care and tradition behind every step of its journey.
Cupping Notes: Very good delivery. Clean sweet lingering aftertaste, exotic balanced intense flavor, sweet brown sugar honey aroma and smooth juicy medium body with bright crisp vibrant acidity, citrus, lemon, orange, peach, pear and chocolate notes..
