About Bali Green Coffee Beans

Kintamani Highlands in Bali is the largest coffee-producing region. The volcanic soil and high altitude allow for low acidity and a full body with flavors like dark chocolate, fruit and even some wine. Typically, these beans go through the wet-hulled processing method which help bring out the unique flavors of the coffees.

One of the most well know beans from this region is Kopi Luwak. These beans are eaten by the Asian palm civet and excreted as part of its fermentation process.
