These little bags are great for storing and degassing your fresh coffee. I bought extra just so my coffee will stay fresh and to give some to friends. You can reuse them also.

The free 1/2 lb bags that came with the roaster worked great. I plan to order more of both sizes. I think that the 1/2 lb bags will make great gifts for my friends and family.
