This is the most chocolatey decaf I have found. I roasted it to a dark roast, but not so dark that it had any smokiness, and this made a latte that tasted closer to a rich chocolate milk, with a thick mouth feel. As a regular cup of coffee, it's amazing too. I roasted the whole 5 pounds I ordered and gave my dad half. I drank my half in 2 weeks and regret not buying more. My dad has been texting me almost daily saying how good it is. I have roasted him quite a few decaf roasts in the past, but none has compared so far.

Best decaf I’ve ever had. I roast to 2nd crack and it makes for a delicious drip and aeropress.

This decaf bean tastes nothing like decaf. It’s smooth and delicious and we use it as drip and espresso in the afternoons. I roast it to second crack dark and it is a great choice.

You will never know this is decaf! Very good, smooth rich taste. I would recommend it for those like me, who can’t sleep drinking “high test” in the afternoon.

This is an excellent, mild, 5 star bean. It is flavorful but not acidic and roasts well at City+. Clearly, the Swiss Water Processing (SWP) kept the majority of the flavors intact. If you like more bite to your coffee, try the Sumatran that Coffee Bean Corral sells. I am a fan of both.

I liked the coffee. Had good taste but my personal taste has a wide range. What bothered me about this coffee was that even though I roasted it at a Full City level it looked like a Full City plus or Light Vienna. I reduced the tie by a half minute with almost the same results.
