I’ve only gotten to the Costa Rican Terrazu, but if the other varieties are anywhere near this good, I’ll be hard pressed to find a favorite! I really appreciate the sampler format. This gicmves me a chance to expand my horizons without running the risk of having a large quantity of stuff I’m not crazy about but am too cheap to throw away!

I love them all especially the Costa Rican beans. I cannot drink other coffees after drinking these. They are rich and flavorful! For a delicious smooth blonde toast, stop 10-15 seconds after the first crack.

Costa Rica La Gladiola. Out of the entire sampler this particular bean has effectively ruined all other options for me. I cannot begin to articulate how smooth and soft it is. Nutty. Chocolate. Gentle. Zero bite. Zero bitterness. I also enjoyed the mild flavor of the Mexican Chiapas, and the other beans were fabulous, as well . . . all of them were a delightful joy each morning--but the Costa Rica Gladiola is unlike anything I have ever tried. The next time I order, it won't be a sampler pack: it will be Costa Rica La Gladiola.

Great way to try out different varieties. First time roasters and we love it! We are now trying out the Colombian Sample Pack, but also ordered some beans from Viet Nam, Brazil, and Guatemala. Excited to be able to try out so many different coffees.

Roasted all five over cast iron. Loved the flavors on all! I used around 500deg F for 6-7minutes to produce a nice city roast. Guatemalan was my fav, highly recommend!

This was my first time roasting my own, so I give myself a little wiggle room on messing up.... and I did on the first roast or two, but then noticed a big difference in the results. I wasn't the bean it was me. I really like the way the Costa Rica behaved, and tasted... the Mexican and Panama bean was tasty too.

very new to roasting... learned not everything written about coffee is actually fact. the number one is the ratio beans to water.... after that grind, maker.. then beans are last... learn the 4 basic beans... everyone will sell you beans equipment...etc.... first grind fresh beans before each brew... take the time to enjoy... the coffee world is just like the art world... very subjective.....
