There is so much to choose from that I had been overlooking the Bundles. I've tried samplers but this was my first bundle, and I'm so pleased with the selection and price. The Zombie I roasted medium as that's what my husband likes. Personally, I think I would have wanted it darker, but it was still incredibly pleasing.

Very nice coffee. I roast my own coffee and this coffee is one of the easiest to roast. I don’t get too much into the taste hints and fantasies but the overall taste of this coffee is mild.
