I have been ordering and re-ordering this variety for more than 3 years. It is my favorite decaf. It has a nice bittersweet non-decaf-like finish that I really like.

Makes a bold, complex cup of decaf. Adding creamer further develops the chocolaty, nutty flavors. Stands up well to ice, retaining its boldness as the ice melts. Soak and rinse the beans well before roasting though.

Like it but don't love it.
tasty organic decaf green beans are not easy to find. I much prefer the Bali Hai organic decaf from C.B. C. but they were all out this time so I wound up ordering more Timor organic decaf green beans

This is my new favorite decaf. I only do organic, and because I have health problems I muscle test which coffee to buy (it works, it isn't hooey, sorry). It seems to always pick this coffee bean for me anymore and that is fine, I love it.
Whether I roast it on the dark or light side, always lovely.

Roasted to a solid Full City on a Gene Cafe Roaster. I did lower the temperature to about 400 for browning, but otherwise kept it at max. pulled just at second crack.
The flavors as noted do definitely show up. A brown sugar and cocoa powder impression, with lemon zest bittering on the top. I'm also getting a distinctive walnut aroma that carries through into an undertone on the flavor.
Overall, very smooth and very sweet for a decaf.

I ordered a sample of both Timor and Timor Decaf. After roasting, I was very impressed with the flavor, very rich and smooth. I do plan on ordering more. Timor has become a new favorite.

I did a dark (city) roast on these beans. I was very surprised that I didn’t get the full roast taste. Somewhat of a weird fruity taste. Not to my liking but maybe others would be okay with it.

This Timor has been a popular choice for our customers (including my wife) who cannot handle caffeine yet want a decaf that has body and flavor. Our medium roast offers a chocolaty, nutty, and earthy cup. It works well as a cold brew too. Also, we blend it with a Sumatra Aceh Ketiara (also from CBC) for a delicious 1/2 regular 1/2 decaf option. We, and our customers, also love that both the Timor and Sumatra are both Fair Trade and Organic!

Good decaf! I expected more at medium roast, but it's still a good decaf. Not as good as Bali decaf

I'm new at roasting coffee beans, so this might not be the most accurate review. The first batch was not bad. The second was not so good, but I roasted it for a longer time.
Might try again with the roasting time I used with the first batch.
