Sweet, medium brightness and body with notes of cherry, cocoa, and raisin.

Smooth creamy body. Sweet undertones, butter, cream, and nuts.

Washed and sun dried. Cups with notes of dark chocolate, a slight citrus sweetness, some nuttiness and a well-rounded body.
Sumatra: Organic Mandheling, Aceh
Medium bodied cup with bright acidity and "clay" earthiness. Notes of orchid and orange and barest grapefruit. Light in the mouth but not insubstantial, with very light aftertaste.
