We've roasted the Burundi and Gedeb Worka so far. Both are fantastic coffees. I'm mastering the city roast as my husband is a medium-roast fan and I prefer dark roast. Each time, we're both extremely happy with the coffees we're getting from Coffee Bean Corral.

This was my first try with roasting my own coffee. I’ve always liked the African coffees the best so I started with the sample packs. So far I’m loving this pack. The Rwandan was good, and the Ethiopian too. I think it was a good starting place. Have been roasting light to medium and so far that’s been perfect.

These beans were a Christmas gift for my son and he was very pleased to receive them. I also bought the Central American Sample Pack for he. He is looking forward to trying them both. He stated he has been having trouble finding beans. I was impressed by the ease of ordering and the quick delivery.

Ok, I have roasted all five of the African Samples and Tanzania is a WOW, medium roast with a very rich smooth taste that is pleasant in the end. I have to say, I am not a person that gets all the other notes, but I can tell you this is a 10 on the taste meter of 10. I have been roasting other samples and most of those have been gifted to friends so no reviews as to those. I can tell you some have told me the coffee is so good they are considering getting a roaster.

I am new to roasting and love the fact that you can get these sample packages. is great. My wife loves the Congo and the Uganda. I can tell you I have ordered from other coffee suppliers and Coffee Bean Corral is doing it right and the customer service is over the top for sure. As I roast I have learned how important is to have the opportunity to explore different coffees and the sample packs fit the bill for sure.

Every coffee in this African sample pack is great and unique. I have always been a huge fan of Ethiopian coffees, but the Rwanda and Tanzania really jump out as great beans! So much natural sweetness and I love the fruitiness in many African coffees. This is my first time ordering from Coffee Bean Corral and it won't be my last! :)
