Roasted this just past medium to the end of first crack, on a Kaffelogic Nano 7 with the end temperature at 428 F and just short of 7 minutes. There was a moisture loss of 13.9 %. The tasting notes included smooth cherry and dark berry notes with a pleasant tea like mouthfeel. I bought more after tasting the first batch. Great for milk based drinks.

Went back for an additional purchase after thoroughly enjoying the first bag. Smooth cherry and dark/black berry undertones with some tea like notes and pleasing mouth feel. Roasted medium, just beyond first crack, up to 220c (428 F) just under 7 minutes in a Kaffelogic Nano 7 roaster. Moisture loss was -13.9 %. I do recommend this coffee, and I will buy it again.

Very easy to roast, and full of flavor.

I will definitely be getting more of this.
First batch, I roasted slow and low(390 degrees -9min.) to the middle of first crack. A very bright cup that I thought was best after a 24- 48 hours set up..
Second batch I roasted was a little hotter and a little longer to take the bean all the way through first crack. (430 degrees -11 min.)
Which brought it to a cinnamon roast. The 48 hour set up and I was satisfied with the results. I prefer my coffee in the light roast to light medium range. I shoot for a cinnamon color to the bean with pretty much every batch no matter the origin of the bean.
I think I’ll keep this coffee in my rotation. Enjoy.

Wow! Every bit as good as my favorite Kenyan or Ethiopian. Roasted it to middle of first crack in the hottop. It's VERY fruity. Blueberry/blackberry bomb.

This is one of my two favorite coffees I've gotten from CBC. The other is a Costa Rican Tarrazu. This coffee taken to a city/city + is an excellent brew. I roast in a Behmor and use a V60. A very light flavor with slight chocolate flavors and almost tea like. I actually prefer it over most yirgas I've had.

Oh my goodness, I did several samples over a couple weeks and when It got time to taste this one I emedietly asked the misses which one this was and checked the Daye I roasted on the package ( luckily I do this for just this reason as I save I'll my new.roast profiles) as I went back to my book folder the date and actual profile roast from Artisian I saved to do a duplicate run on the magnificent tasting bean as well as similar as it has the smoothest fruitful undertones every. Getting ready to try one duplications now and will be ordering this exact bean again soon.

I'm using this as my "house" brew. Roasting to a medium to medium-dark in the SR800. First crack between 7-9 minutes but paying special attention to color. The flavor profile is wonderful as I enjoy a deeper, richer flavor but as long as I keep the roast on the medium (not going past 1st crack) side, it's perfect.

Very smooth with nice vibrant flavors and sweetness. Roasted in SR800 using profile that created first crack at nine minutes and continued for another 90 seconds to just before ( what i thought) would be second crack. above average amount of chaff but not excessive. Rested 48 hours and then brewed 17 grams in 10oz of water through the Ninja Pro. Results were very good.

A lot of love for this one. I pushed this about a minute beyond 1C achieving 15% loss. A little more variation in color than I hoped but it was my first batch. This is also my first batch of a Barundi natural which is what initially caught my interest.
About 6 hours off roast I brewed 20 grams.
V60, 210°, 1:15 ratio.
In the aroma I caught a heavy whiff of vanilla. Sweet.
Upon first taste blackberry was distinct. I knew immediately I was going to like this.
As it cooled, a dried cherry sweetness came about and I found the body to be very creamy with a superbly smooth finish. This reminded me of Jamaican blue mountain, funny enough.
Overall very very pleased and would recommend.
