Just roasted the FV HHT a little beyond first crack for a light roast. Brewed the second time around with a bit more coffee and really could taste the currant, fruit, and chocolate notes described. Very smooth, light to medium easy drinking coffee. Perfect for the holidays.

Our family loves all three beans included here. I roasted them to medium and get a nice acidity and lots of chocolately and nutty notes. This bundle is also a nice value for comparing beans from a couple regions of Guatemala.

This is actually very tasty, I roasted all three medium and all three have a aroma similar to Ethiopian beans which I also like and purchase through this site.
