I’m new to roasting and from what I roasted right in this sample pack were amazing for me.

The reason for the low rating is that one of the coffees in the sampler(India) did not look right or taste right. The color of the bean was a lot lighter than usual like maybe it was old and dried out. The other coffees in the sampler pack were fine!
