Dominican Republic: Ramirez Natural, Jarabacoa

Bright fruity notes of strawberry, cherry and cream.

Honduras: Organic 18 Rabbit Black, Marcala

Black tea and honey notes with a mild complementing lemongrass acidity. Clean, sweet, balanced, and floral.

Sumatra: Organic Mandheling, Aceh

Medium bodied cup with bright acidity and "clay" earthiness. Notes of orchid and orange and barest grapefruit. Light in the mouth but not insubstantial, with very light aftertaste.

Mexico: La Laja Honey, Tlaltetela, Veracruz

Supremely sweet with a mild orange citric acidity and a smooth, creamy body. Very clean and consistent.

Ethiopia: Organic Konga G2, Yirgacheffe

Bergamot, peach, orange marmalade, tea-like but silky body. Delicate and articulated.

Got different beans than what was listed in the pack. I see the disclaimer above but still not too happy since I was looking forward to Kenya and Guatemala beans.

Hey! New to this whole thing! Maybe a stupid question but how do I know if these are Arabica or not? And if they're not, what are they? I've heard of Robusta....I just want to make sure I know the difference and if anyone knows what these specific 5 are? Thank You
