A very nice coffee, pleasantly surprised. Easy to roast, tastes better than most guats out there. It makes a very good espresso which is what I use it for. I first bought a pound, and liked it so I bought a couple more pounds, now I just bought 5 pounds. :-)

After reading the description I decided that I just had to buy a pound and find out. I roasted it just past second crack to medium-dark. The cupping notes are spot on accurate. I made a 50-50 blend with the Vietnamese robusta, and then brewed it up in my Mokka pot. Added a dab of honey and a dollop of heavy cream. The result was a coffee that was super delicious with a kick. It's a bit pricey, but then again it's not for everyone. This is my new favorite coffee.

I roasted this coffee to first crack which I consider light to medium. I put it in a one-way valve coffee container and let it sit for 4 days. Grinding it just before brewing whether, drip or French press all the flavors comes out. It's worth the price.

Have really enjoyed this coffee so far! It seemed to roast fairly evenly. Left a lot of chaf but honestly that doesn’t bug me ever. Most of the stuff I roast I take it to second crack and go right into the cool cycle with my sr 500. Drip coffee and latte tasted really good!
