This is very good coffee. A medium + roast brings out flavors that tickle your taste buds. Very smooth and enjoyable with a clean taste. Easy to roast. Xlnt!!

First time ordering a Nicaraguan. Roasted it to a city roast. It falls into the happy to reorder category. Smooth coffee with a pleasant aftertaste.

This is an excellent coffee. The beans are beautifully prepared, very uniform in size and no visual defects that I could see. The beans roasted very nice and even to a City + (dark brown) degree of roast. Flavor was very clean and nutty. No green or bitter flavors at all. I've had it as a pour over and as espresso and it's excellent both ways. Recommended!
