Roasted light/med. I got very strong vanilla wafer flavor and creaminess from these beans with a mild, very subtle dark red fruit finish. Very surprised and am eager to blend this with an ethiopia.

Roasted to Full City for espresso. Sooo thiccccccc, dark chocolatey and ripe cherry sweetness. Ultra smooth and very nice balance for straight shots or lattes.

I roasted these beans to a lighter roast than I usually prefer (first crack stage) as I would be sharing them with friends that do not like my dark roasts. All those that tasted the coffee thought it was excellent and are asking me to roast more! I even found the finished brew to be quite good.

Roasted between 1st and 2nd crack. Flavor profile provides a good backbone coffee for a blend. Provides mild acidity, and a creamy body. The beans are heavy and takes longer to turn and yellow.
