This new Decaf coffee bean comes from COCAPEC in the Mogiana region of Brazil which is an area along the border of the states of Sao Paulo and Minas Gerais. COCAPEC is known for its natural drying methods. This particular bean is a full natural and is dried in the sun and in mechanical driers. This Decaf coffee has notes of dark chocolate and walnuts.
