got this in the western organic sample pack. it is my favorite so far. i roasted it medium-low for around 20 min and it’s ideal for my vanilla oat milk lattes or cortados. i use a rancilio silva machine

After a month of having this bean in my mix… I have to say that I'm in love. It's the perfect, smooth espresso when you just want a mouthful of chocolatey richness. Friends I've shared it with enjoyed its smoothness in their drip machines as well. I just ordered another 10 pounds as I see the end of my initial 5 pounds beginning to dwindle.

full disclosure I haven't tasted this yet, and will update when I do, but I want to say that I got these as a sample, and roasted them up, they were easy to control, and based on the smell I think they are going to be incredible, I will update this in a few days after they settle in and are ready to brew

I lived about twenty minutes from where the Dutra Farm is, in the small city Manhuacu. I could not wait to try these beans and had been on the lookout for beans from around there. I learned to roast in a pan while living there and have been doing so since the early 1990s. I medium dark roasted these little gems and pulled shots in my Kamira. I got tons of crema and it was as good as the Da Terra ....I love the Minas coffee as the base for espresso blends and the Dutra was the way I like it.
