Tanzania Peaberry

Let me apologize in advance to our Aussie and African friends, but the word Tanzania has always conjured up visions of a Tasmanian Devil in my mind (although I know it's goofy). This Tanzanian personifies that image; the "Taz", not the "goofy".

All you "Survivor - Africa" fans will envision yourselves on location, sitting around the campfire sipping a great cup of coffee, watching (or watching out) for lions.

It is wild and gamey, the good kind of gamey that tells you this is not a domesticated coffee. Lots of spices and herbs (plus some crunched-up flowers) in this cup, tastes that linger on your palate. Fruity overtones as well that nicely balance the florals and spice.
