I don't have the coffee acumen of other reviewers, but I enjoyed this brew very much. I have to buy fresh beans because of my numerous allergies, so I don't really understand the process (nor do I have the proper equipment) yet. None the less, I believe this is excellent coffee with great body and flavor, even when I make it.

This is an excellent HHT. Carmel, lemon, slight floral. I roasted this to about a 20% development. Dropped at 204c just right at 10:00, about 2 minutes into first crack. The nutty sweetness lends well to a great espresso.
