Coffee produces a deep rich flavor, reminds me of a great Cuban cigar. (Maybe not a good comparison)Very smooth. Beans roasted to a full city medium darker brown not oily and fairly easy to replicate. I start at close to 500°. I have had a lot of success with the Sumatran sold here as lintong. Very consistent. This particular Sumatran is very similar. Loving it.
